Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, contact us via email or telephone. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has shipped, USPS is solely responsible for delivery. Mocca Jewelry has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility. 

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments. It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with USPS for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. 

Mocca Jewelry can not be held responsible for wrong doings by USPS or by stolen packages left at your address.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. After the product has been shipped, delivery time frames can range between 1-2 PR and 3-4 days US.
